When I read histology myself, I lacked a simple and good quiz tool, to get trained and repeated the textual curriculum.
Later I became a student teacher in histology at Aarhus University and got the idea to make the app I had missed when I had the subject.
The idea and vision were simple: to gather the most central of the syllabus in histology and cell biology and to supplement it with a lot of pictures of preparations to create a good overview of the subject as well as to form a bridge between the theoretical curriculum and the ability to recognize cells and histological structures for the exam.In order to make the app as nuanced as possible, questions have been based on theoretical, clinical and pictorial / preparatory aspects of the content of Genesers histology.HistologyQuiz allows you to test and repeat your knowledge of general and special histology.
The app containsquestions for each of the genes histologys 25 chapters divided into separate categories.
